Snow, Snow and MORE Snow

This winter has been a HUMDINGER!! We've had some form of precipitation every week since the beginning of December. This past week, we received about 8 inches of snow on Friday night into Saturday. Then again on Tuesday night we added another 5 or 6 inches.

Today we are getting a blizzard. Seriously, that's what the weather man is calling it. We are expected to get around 30 inches of snow in the next 24 hours. Tonight we also have winds of 25-30 mph in the mix.

The weather map of our area has the word PARALYZING in big bold letters. Nice...

The snow started this morning around 5:00am, and is coming down slow and steady. We've added maybe 8 inches of snow today so far. Time will tell if this is the "big one" or not!

Here is a photo of my back yard BEFORE today's snow started. It'll be nice for comparison by the end of the storm!
