Back at Christmas I stumbled across a delish cheese ball at a family gathering and just HAD to get the recipe. We’ve already made one and it was a big hit.
3 blocks of cream cheese
5oz. can of cooked chicken, drained and shredded
1 pk. Hidden Valley Ranch DIP Mix (I used Green Onion)
Soften cream cheese a bit, then combine all ingredients until well blended. Form into 3 balls and roll in pecans and chill. Serve with crackers.
Warning, this stuff is addictive!!
