Ok, so this week being Thanksgiving is not the absolute best week to start losing weight. But there are excuses almost every week, a birthday dinner, extra cookies left over from snack day etc.
Here are two things I can do that seem small but over time will add up.
1 - trade sweet tea for water (gasp, is this legal in the south???)
2 - cut out the coffee (I only drink it because of the creamer)...I'm on my last bottle of Peppermint Mocha, so when it's gone, it's gone.
Baby steps....oh yeah, did I mention I'm walking too??
