Pumpkin Bread (Recipe)

Here is yet another wonderful recipe to use all your fresh pumpkin (or canned).  If you aren’t sure how to cook and use fresh pumpkin, be sure to read my post here for instructions.

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat over to 350.  Mix dry ingredients; mix wet ingredients; combine the two.

Pour into buttered loaf pan.  Bake for 50-60 minutes.
