Ok, we all know that salad is healthy and good for us. Once you use this recipe, you’ve added fat, cholesterol and calories…and FLAVOR! Lots of flavor!
1 stick of butter or 1/2 cup bacon grease
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Heat first three ingredients in saucepan. Beat eggs and add sugar. SLOWLY add this to the hot liquid. Boil until thick. Cool to room temperature then add mayonnaise and mustard, mix well.
